All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) must be made. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other accepted method communicated by us.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate, that you meet all travel requirements, and that you conduct yourself in a respectful manner during trips.

We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers) and are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures by such suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of services directly purchased from us.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

It is your responsibility to hold valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations as required by your itinerary. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
